Welcome to AORRTA ("app", "we", "our", "us"), a NEET UG exam preparation platform. By using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the app.
By downloading, installing, or using the AORRTA app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our app. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of such user.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the app. Your continued use of the app following the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes. We will notify you of any material changes through a notification in the app or via the email address associated with your account.
To use certain features of the app, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You may be able to create, post, or share content when using our app. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the app. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights and that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.
AORRTA offers subscription services with access to premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed through your device's app store account or through our authorized payment processor. Payment will be charged to your payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the beginning of each renewal term. Pricing details are displayed before purchase and in your account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store through which you purchased the subscription or our refund policy as applicable under Indian consumer protection laws.
The educational content provided in AORRTA is designed to supplement NEET UG exam preparation. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content covers all aspects of the NEET UG syllabus or that using our app will result in improved test scores or admission success. Users should refer to official NEET UG guidelines and materials published by the National Testing Agency (NTA) or other appropriate authorities for complete examination information. The app is not a substitute for professional medical education or training. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with NTA or any official NEET UG exam authorities.
The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AORRTA and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based on, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, or transmit any materials from the app without our express written consent, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. We may also terminate your account if it has been inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies of the app in your possession.
By using the AORRTA app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AORRTA.
